The first attribute of a good teacher is mastery of the discipline he teaches, and his knowledge and awareness are directly related to his success.
One of the most basic components of education is the teacher. If we compare the process of education to a caravan, the teacher is undoubtedly the caravan leader of this caravan. If this caravan leader does not know all the bends, turns, ups and downs of the route, he will lead the caravan astray. So if the teacher is deceived in his task, not only the goals of education will not be achieved, but education will lose its nature.
The first attribute of a good teacher is mastery of the discipline he teaches, and his knowledge and awareness are directly related to his success. If a teacher does not have this characteristic, several problems can occur:
A) To cover up his weakness, he does not follow the principles and engages in aggression, dictatorship and creating an atmosphere of fear and dread; To prevent students from questioning, arguing, and expressing their abilities. In this case, students are neutralized in the long run by people who do not comment, do not ask questions, and do not participate in group work.
B) teaches wrongly and conveys inverted and untrue information to students; In both cases there is a great deal of damage to the educational process. Being enlightened is another requirement of the teacher. Although there are a number of accepted methods in education, the methods must change according to the developments, and at the same time, each successful teacher has his own methods. Because he has gained experience as a result of facing educational and training issues and can create the ground for healthy competition, search and curiosity and a sense of precedence in union activities for individual members of the union. A teacher is successful when more than half of the students raise their hand when asking a question in the classroom and take the lead in solving or answering the question, not that no one is willing to answer the question.
