Such a transition from the evolution of productivity also arises from a material commodity to information productivity. Which leads to fundamental changes in human values ​​and intellectual tendencies and ultimately in political and social structures. Carrying out the phenomenon of transference and illiteracy remains a major problem in the world. They are deprived of the simplest affairs and duties of their daily life for commitment. The complexity of life and the transformation of society from a simple state to an industrial state and the need of society to have today's dynamically developed growing knowledge of the new generation in order to obtain scientific degrees in the contemporary era.
