Also, management, especially educational management as managers or officials of organizations and educational units are the main factors determining success in improving and even rebuilding organizations, because competent and knowledgeable educational managers are able to use the inherent capabilities of knowledge. Educational management has tried and should try to maintain and develop education by increasing productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
