Kids Stories Part 6

A childish short story about a rabbit and a turtle

There was one, there was not one, there was a big plain full of flowers and meadows under the blue dome. In this beautiful plain, many animals lived together and were playing and rejoicing in the meadows of this plain.

Among these animals was a rabbit who loved his own ingenuity and thought that no one was like him and that he understood and was the most intelligent.

One sunny and beautiful day when all the animals were playing happily in the plain, the rabbit went and told them that you are wasting your time with these games, let's compete with each other and see who wins, who is present and who can. Compete with me.

There was a turtle among the animals, the turtle knew that this rabbit in our story was proud, so he thought to himself that I should teach this rabbit a lesson and said out loud that I was ready to compete with you.

When the rabbit heard the turtle, it laughed and laughed out loud

All the animals laughed too, because everyone knew that the turtle was very calm and the rabbit was fast and fast.

The fox turned to the turtle and said the rabbit is very fast and you are slow that you want to race.

The turtle answered confidently, of course I will race. The fox also drew a line on the ground and said that this is the starting line of the race and the sooner he reaches the tree at the top of the hill, the winner. Be ready and stand behind this line. The donkey and the turtle stood behind the line and moved when the fox signaled.

The rabbit jumped two or three times and started a long distance from the line, but the turtle moved slowly and was only a few steps away from the line.

All the animals that were watching the race, when they saw the tortoise walking, told him to try to walk faster, you can never reach the rabbit like this, but the tortoise, knowing the pride of the rabbit, was sure that he would win the race himself.

So he continued on his way calmly and knew that he should not get tired and continue on his way constantly.

On the other side of the rabbit, with the long, sharp steps he had taken, Kelly stood at a distance from the starting line, and proudly looked behind him and saw that the turtle was moving slowly. He smiled and thought to himself that he wanted to reach me. I have a lot of time, so I can rest and take a nap in these grasses. When the turtle arrived, I was ahead of it again with a few jumps.

The rabbit lay on the grass and fell asleep very quickly, but the turtle kept walking.

He reached for the rabbit and passed it gently, but the rabbit was still asleep.

On the other hand, the newly awakened rabbit looked at the oil to see the turtle.

He thought that the turtle had not reached him yet, but he did not see anyone.

The rabbit realized that he had lost himself with his pride and learned that he should not underestimate anyone. Give greatness that no one can achieve anything with great pride, it is only with effort that success is achieved
